Installation of Wood Grain Aluminum Square Tube Ceiling:
1. Laying Out Lines
Based on the floor level line and design elevation, mark horizontal lines around the perimeter of the walls, locate room points, and draw the keel spacing lines on the wall along the ceiling level line, using these room points as references.
2. Installing Main Keel Hangers
After marking the ceiling level line and keel position lines, determine the elevation of the lower end of the hanger and install the pre-fabricated hangers, controlling the hanger spacing within 1200mm.
3. Installing Main Keels
The main keel is generally made of C38 light steel keel, with spacing controlled within 1200mm. During installation, use matching hangers to connect the hangers to the main keel.
4. Installing Secondary Keels
Based on the spacing of the aluminum square tubes, install the matching secondary keels, which are suspended from the main keels using hangers. 5. Install Wood Grain Aluminum Square Tubes
Secondary keel connectors are used to connect opposite ends while suspending the secondary keels. Straighten the tubes before fixing them in place.
6. Cleaning
After the wood grain aluminum square tube ceiling is installed, wipe the entire surface clean with a cloth, ensuring there are no dirt or fingerprints.
